David Holland (Year Elected - 2003)

A former captain of Teddington CC and now President, David was Secretary of the League from 1973-75.  He is best remembered for his work on the Middlesex Cricket Board when helped oversee the expansion of the League from, successively, one division of 16 clubs, then 18, then 20 before splitting into two divisions of ten

A tireless worker for the development of cricket in the county, his role has never been successfully filled by any individual since.  His appetite for administrative matters was second to know as was his efficiency.  Always known to virtually all as 'The Dutchman'.
